Okay fit junkies, time to get back to the basics. Here is a WOD that is so simple that anyone can do it and I mean anyone, no excuses! The best part is that you don’t need a gym to knock this one out. It is a combination of running, body-weight squats, push-ups, and sit-ups. No matter your age or physical condition, modify this workout to your body. If you can only do half of this workout or even a quarter of it, just remember you tried and gave it your all.
Warm up: 1 mile run/jog or 1.5 mile on the bicycle
Main set:
4 rounds of:
25 push-ups
50 sit-ups/crunches
75 body-weight squats
Cool down with another 1 mile jog or 1.5 miles on the bike
Break up the above workout however you want. Just make sure you do 100 push-ups, 200 sit ups, and 300 body-weight squats. If you can’t do it all in one session, do some in the morning and then finish it later that day. Get some done in the office if you need to. Just get it done.
Tell me how you did down in the comments section, and let me know if you have any questions.
