Garlic
4 bird’s eye chili peppers
3 Mangos
16 Strawberries
1/2 red onion
chopped cilantro

Start by placing your mango into a large bowl and then place in the strawberries. Give that a quick little stir and try to be gentle with them because you don’t want bruise the fruit as you stir.

Next you are going to add some thinly sliced red onion, drop in some sea salt and give it a stir again.

After you add the sea salt, you can add in the chopped garlic as well as the finely chopped pepper. You can also add just a half of teaspoon of vinegar to give it an extra punch.
