Healthy No-Bake Breakfast Bars with Great Grains®

Are you one of those people that likes to hit the snooze button a few times? Maybe take a little bit of time to wake up, but once you are through with your morning routine, you are ready to seize the day? Or maybe when your alarm goes off, you immediately jump out of bed to take on the world. Either way, I have the perfect breakfast hack for you to be on top of the world and do anything you set your mind to. The smell and taste of our Healthy No-Bake Breakfast Bars made with Great Grains® cereal will automatically put you in that ‘feel good,’ confident state of mind that empowers you to take on your busy day with open arms.

For our morning routine, my husband and I try not to hit the snooze button (although sometimes, it’s inevitable). We wake up, we work out 3 mornings a week, and then our morning routines split up for a few minutes. My husband goes downstairs to eat a delicious bowl of Great Grains® cereal with bananas. He adds the perfect amount of almond milk and enjoys his breakfast while cooling off from his workout and figuring out all his goals to tackle for the day. Me on the other hand, I like to shower, do my hair and makeup, and then make my way downstairs. I put together my lunch box for work, and by now, my tummy is usually growling at me.

So I walk over to my fridge and pull out the yummiest breakfast hack that my fridge could contain…it’s my Healthy No-Bake Breakfast Bars made with the Great Grains Raisins, Dates, & Pecans Cereal. And boy, am I in heaven. First of all, this Great Grains® cereal breakfast hack couldn’t possibly get any easier! It has 4 ingredients (that’s it!) that you mix together. You don’t even bake it. I can whip it up on the weekend and store it in my fridge or freezer to make my morning routine that much easier. Not to mention…the mix of flavors from the cereal makes my taste buds smile. My husband makes his way up to our room to clean up and get ready, and by now I have grabbed my breakfast bars and am out the door. They are easy to eat on my way to work and give me a hearty breakfast before I take on my job each day. However, after I’ve left, I know my husband sneaks some of my breakfast bars for himself (shhh don’t tell him I know). Those breakfast bars just tend to “disappear” so I usually make extra to last me the whole work week, you know, since they just go “poof” into oblivion.

The funny thing is, he thinks he is hiding it from me, that I don’t notice an extra bar is gone each day, but what he doesn’t know is that these Healthy No-Bake Breakfast Bars made with Great Grains® cereal immediately take his day from good to great (just like they do for me), and I know it encourages and empowers him to make great things happen during his day! So it’s a win for me and it’s a win for him. We both eat Great Grains® cereal in the morning, and we both seize the day.

So…who is ready to take on the world and change your whole day’s perspective with this simple healthy morning routine Great Grains® cereal breakfast bar? 7

After the 20 minutes is up, take it out of the freezer and cut into bars.
