Green-Smoothie-300x300

Ingredients

6 frozen mango chunks

5 fresh strawberries

1 cup of spinach

1/4 cup of Chobani Vanilla Yogurt

1/2 cup of water

1 scoop Quaker Oats

Instructions

1

Combine the 1/4 cup of Chobani Vanilla Yogurt, 5 fresh strawberries, and frozen mango in a blender. You can also use fresh mango, but using the frozen mango will make the smoothie cold and provide the consistency that ice tends to give smoothies.

2

Pour a little bit of the water in the blender and begin blending on medium for 15 seconds.

3

Add the spinach to the blender and blend for an additional 45 seconds.

4

If you’d like the smoothie a little bit thinner, go ahead and add the rest of the water.

5

Pour into a glass and top with Quaker Oats for a little crunch.
