2 tablespoons of butter, try melted

2 tablespoons of sugar

2 tablespoons of lemon juice

6 shortbread cookies, make them finally crushed (try out Keeble Sandies)

6-8 canning jars with lids (1 and a half pint)

12-14 ounces sliced fresh strawberries

1 package of cream cheese (must be of 8 ounces and softened)

Another half cup of white sugar

1 and a half cup of whipped heavy cream

Pour cookie crumbs, butter and 2 tablespoons of sugar in a bowl and stir together until they blend. Now, as per your servings, divide this mixture evenly in the jars and press gently in the bottom. (you can add about 3-4 tablespoons in each jar and don’t pack or press it hard)

Now, take fresh strawberries and halve them gently to garnish, and then keep them Chop the rest of the strawberries.

With the help of an electronic mixer, beat the ingredients together including cream cheese, lemon juice and add a half cup of white sugar. Now, fold on the whipped cream and those chopped strawberries and divide them evenly among jars. Garnish each jar with 2 berry halves and then cover them using lids. Add them to the refrigerator and enjoy after 2 hours.
