While most people are stressing themselves over ways to lose weight, some people are trying their best to gain it. Not because they want to go fat on purpose but maybe because they want to put on some muscles. If there are people who want to eat to become happy, slim and healthier, there is a healthy way to make you fat without jeopardizing too much of your health and well-being.

The Healthy Way to Make You Fat

  1. The Healthy Way to Make You FatBread: it could be made of wheat or simply flour, but studies shows that eating bread is the easiest way to make you fat. Bread can be a pretty healthy choice of food when partnered with lettuce, tomatoes and other veggies, but remember that moderation will also give you the ideal weight gain you'd want to have.
  2. Cookies: who wouldn't want to have cookies? Kids and adults alike wouldn't want to pass the opportunity of grabbing a cookie or two and pair it with milk. But as much as cookies with raisins, nuts and fruits are a healthy variety for a snack, the combination of butter, eggs and flour are not so healthy a choice for someone who would want to lose weight.
  3. Dried fruits can be packed with several vitamins but they are also high in calorie content and sugar. A cup of dried fruits contain 640 calories and 64 grams of sugar for every half cup. What's more, commercial dried fruits are fattened with extra preservatives and sweeteners.
  4. Fruit juices: if you want to slim your way, juicing would be the perfect thing for you. However, opting for commercial fruit juices may not be the best alternative you have in mind to slim down. 1 bottle contains 12 spoonfuls of sugar! So if you want to make your way to gain weight the healthy way, bottle fruit juices would be your choice.
  5. Granola bars: never mistake granola bars as something unhealthy. In fact, they are made with an assortment of nuts, chocolates and even dried fruits. Nuts are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, chocolates are good to beat stress and anxiety before it strikes, while fruits are the perfect source of vitamins and minerals you need to get through the day. Granola bars are also packed with sugar and lots of it; enough to keep you energized with a full calorie count on the side.
  6. Muffins: muffins can be a first hand source of unwanted calories and fat. Just for an example, blueberry muffins contain 9 grams of fat and 430 calories per piece. So think about getting another one when you're tempted at it.
  7. Yogurt: when flavored and sweetened, yogurt becomes more than your healthy choice of food by shooting up its sugar and calorie content. Blame that on the corn syrup that goes with it.
