Dinner and a Movie

Dinner and a movie is a classic date night idea, but it’s also a great at-home option. Don’t worry about cooking on this date. You can get food delivered to you from foodora.ca/city/montreal. You can choose just about anything from tacos to sushi and more. You can even order some dessert when you’re ready. You can have dinner together first and then rent a new release or go for an old classic. Another idea is to turn your living room into a dine-in movie theater and eat while you watch. The best part about this date is that you can choose to make it any way you like.

Game Night

This would be a great option to incorporate other couples, but there are also plenty of games for two players. Set out some snacks or order in some food and take turns choosing a game. If you’re not that into board games, there are tons of card games for two players. Just look up some different ideas online. This date night is a great option for couples who have kids as it can be easily done after the kids go to sleep.

Cooking Class

Cooking class are now offered in a virtual setting. You can choose from hundreds of different types of cuisine and get the ingredients ahead of time. Just set your laptop up in your kitchen, and you and your date can follow along and learn a new recipe together. In the end, you’ll be able to enjoy eating your delicious creation together.

You can always tailor the ideas to fit your style. Also, consider using these ideas for double dates as well. Make sure if you are looking to have a true date night that you are free of distractions. Just because you are home doesn’t mean you need to turn the tv on or wear your pajamas. If you treat it like a real date, it will feel like one, so you can connect with that special someone.
