Portobello Pizza

Need a really quick healthy dinner? How about a Portobello Pizza? Be creative and change up the toppings to suit your taste.  Stick with vegetarian and vegan ingredients to keep it as healthy as possible.

Portobello Pizza Instructions

1. Preheat over to 325 degrees.

2. Clean the mushroom, tomato, and basil.

3. Open up the mushroom as far as possible without tearing it.

4. Layer ingredients on top of the mushroom.

5. Bake in a casserole dish for 25 minutes.
