Ingredients
- 6 Tomatillos
- 1/2 to 1 Bunch Cilantro
- 1/2 White Onion
- 2 Jalapenos
- 2 Limes
- Salt to Taste

- Wash tomatillos, jalapenos, and cilantro
- Cut off ends of jalapenos and cut stems off cilantro. For less heat, remove the seeds from the jalapenos
- On a baking sheet, place tomatillo, and jalapenos
- Broil on high for 10-15 minutes. Watch closely. They will be ready when they become black on top. You may need to flip the garlic so they don’t burn
- While broiling, add onion, cilantro, salt, and limes to blender and blend
- Add garlic, tomatillos, and jalapenos to blender once they are broiled. Include the juices on the baking sheet into the blender as well.
- Blend together
- Let cool and serve with tortilla chips. If you are not serving right away, refrigerate after it cools.
