- 2 – 15oz. cans of Garbanzo Beans (No Salt Added)
- 4 tsp of minced garlic
- 2 limes, juiced
- Zest of 1 lime
- ¼ to ½ bunch of cilantro
- ¼ cup of water
- Salt

Hummus is always a staple for me, and I like to use it in a lot of recipes. This vegan recipe for Cilantro Lime Hummus has a Mexican flare, and is sure to be a hit! I don’t like to add any tahini or oil because it gives it un-needed calories and you can make it taste just as good without the added fats.
- Put all the ingredients into a food processor or blender. For the garbanzo beans, I like to use the Whole Foods 365 brand.
- After all the ingredients are in the blender, blend until it is smooth.
- Salt to taste.
- Refrigerate and Enjoy!
It’s that simple. I hope you found this recipe easy to make and delicious to eat! As always, let me know what you think!
