Ingredients
  • 1 cup Silk Almond Milk
  • 1 cup of baby kale or spinach
  • 1 medium-sized ripe kiwi, roughly chopped
  • 1 frozen banana, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup of avocado
  • 1 tablespoon VITAFORCE green food powder

There is something about drinking green food smoothies that makes you feel like the Hulk. That organic punch that you feel going through your body after downing one for breakfast; not to mention the positive feeling that you’ve done good to your body for a change!

And although the idea of drinking your greens seems a bit strange at first, all those who try it say you get used to it after the first few times. You can even get addicted after a while.

Today I’d like to introduce you to an amazingly refreshing, energy boosting green smoothie. I call it the green lava smoothie, and I consider it to be the scotch of green food smoothies because it’s perfect for a long day at work or simply for that much needed punch during your gym classes. This particular green smoothie is made with Silk Almond Milk and VITAFORCE green food powder.

Green Lava Smoothie Instructions

Green Lava Smoothie 1. Place all the ingredients including the Silk Almond Milk and Vitaforce into your favorite blender

2. Blend for 15- 20 seconds or until the greens have completely blended in.

3. You can then serve it immediately, or chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
